Avem un organism sanatos cand consumam legume zilnic











Gama de legume-spanac,stevie,andive,sparanghel,salata,rosii,telina,ardei,dovlecei,conopida,gulii,ceapa,usturoi,praz,napi,patrunjel,pastarnac si altele.Elementele nutritive pe care le contin aceste legume sunt:saruri minerale(K,Ca,Mg Fe,Zn,si altele),vitamine(C,A,etc)fibre,proteine si urme de grasimi.Zilnic,consumul trebuie sa fie de la trei pana la cinci portii.
