Evaluating the impact of weight loss surgery and high blood pressure i



High blood pressure is commonly associated with obesity. This study looked at the impact between weight loss surgery, weight loss and blood pressure. A retrospective chart review of patients with gastric bypass or gastric banding was evaluated for the presence of high blood pressure. Of those reviewed, 35.8% had pre-surgical high blood pressure. Those with high blood pressure were divided into three groups: group one had follow up at 10--14 months post surgery; group two had follow up at 24--36 months post surgery; and group three had follow up at both 10--14 months and 24--36 months post surgery. Results indicated blood pressure resolution and improvement rates at 97% for group one, 100% for group two, and 92--97% for group three. Statistical significance was found for each data point, showing similarities to other research looking at weight loss surgery and blood pressure status.

Cantitatea necesara de lipide asimilata in fiecare zi


Tinand cont ca un gram de lipide ne dau 9 calorii,inseamna ca intr-o zi nu trebuie sa nu depasim 50-55 grame grasimi.Avem nevoie zilnic de aproape 500 de calorii din lipide.Sa luam un exemplu:-daca mancam un pateu vegetal de 100 grame acumulam cca 40 gr grasimi(ulei si soia).
 - trei nuci contin cca 10 gr g
 - o lingura ulei sau margarina contine cca 10 gr grasimi
- cinci masline contin cca 10 gr grasimi.
Daca adunam acest gramaj de grasimi obsevam ca depasim pragul necesar pentru o zi.

O reteta de post - Pilaf cu ciuperci


- o cana cu orez,
- 200 gr ciuperci proaspete sau de la borcan,
- doua cepe,
- doua linguri ulei,
- o lingurita boia dulce,
- sare dupa gust,
- o legatura de patrunjel.
Ceapa se toaca marunt si se caleste in ulei cu putina apa in aceeasi cratita in care se face pilaful.Dupa ce s-a calit ceapa(doua minute),se adauga orezul,ales si spalat,patru cani de apa clocotita si se lasa fa fiert timp de 20-25 minute apoi adaugam ciupercile,boiaua si sare dupa gust.Mai lasam sa fiarba inca cinci-sapte minute dupa care punem verdeata tocata marunt si stingem focul.Pilaful este gata.Pofta buna!

- o cana orez,
- o telina de marime medie,
- doi mocovi,
- patru cepe mai mari,
- o legatura patrunjel,
- sare,dupa gust,
- doua linguri ulei,
- foi de dafin,

- 250 ml suc de rosii,
- foi de varza murata sau cruda.
Ceapa se toaca marunt si se caleste impreuna cu morcovii si telina date pe razatoare,in ulei si putina apa.Se alege orezul,se spala si se amesteca cu legumele calite,se adauga sarea dupa gust,nuca pisata si verdeata tocata marunt.Cu aceasta compozitie facem sarmale,le asezam intr-o cratita peste care punem sucul de rosii,o foaie de dafin si turnam apa fiarta cat sa le acopere.Dam cratita la cuptorul incins,lasam sa fiarba 30-40 minute dupa care oprim focul.Sarmalutele se servesc fierbinti cu smantana sau iaurt.

- 200 gr casvaval
- doua oua
- o lingura faina
- ulei(pentru prajit)
Cascavalul se taie felii de aproximativ 0,5 cm.Intr-un vas se bat ouale,se amesteca cu faina si putina sare.Feliile de cascaval se dau prin acest amestec si se prajesc pe ambele parti.Se serveste cald cu diferite salate acrisoare si garnituri.Cine doreste sa nu prajeasca feliile de cascaval,acestea pot fi date la cuptor intr-un vas uns cu ulei timp de 30 minute.

Pranzul,la fel ca si micul dejun trebuie sa fie consistent.Masa de pranz este a doua masa importanta.Este bine sa fie servita nu mai tarziu de 13:30 ca sa nu se intarzie servitul cinei.Persoanele care sunt la serviciu,nu trebuie sa neglijeze pranzul.Pot lua un pachetel consistent in care sa cuprinda paste sau pateuri din legume insotite obligatoriu de salate.Se transporta foarte usor in cutiute de plastic.Daca mancam bine la cele trei mese principale,asta inseamna ca nu mai servim nimic intre mese.

Fasoalea verde se fierbe,se lasa sa se raceasca apoi se amesteca cu toate ingredientele.Rezultatul?O salata hranitoare,gustoasa si sanatoasa.

Meniu orientativ pentru sapte zile


Luni:-budinca din paste fainoase cu branza de vaci,
     -salata de andive,
-iahnie de fasole,
-fructe,
-ciulama din ciuperci cu mamaliguta,
-prajitura din tarate.

Marti:-gogosi cu cascaval,
      -saratele,
 -ghiveci de legume cu orez,
 -fructe,
 -tartine cu gem si lapte,
 

miercuri:-icre din fasole si rosii,
         -ceai cu lamaie,
-tocanita din fasole verde,
-drob de ciuperci,
-placinta cu branza de vaci,
-salata orientala,
-compot din fructe.

Joi:-tartine cu margarina si miere,
    -lapte,
-salata din sfecla rosie,
-coltunasi cu branza,
-supa crema de legume cu crutoane,
-tocanita din linte,
-fructe.

Vineri:-pateu din soia,
       -iaurt,
  -castraveti,
  -chuftelute din ciuperci,
  -papricas din cartofi,
  -salata de varza,
  -supa crema de legume,
  -fructe.

 
Sambata:-ceai de plante,
        -telina cu maioneza,
-supa de legume,
-ardei umpluti,
-prajitura cu fructe,
-papanasi cu branza de vaci,
-lapte.

Duminica:-fructe,
         -spaghete cu sos,
-salata de sfecla rosie,
-tocanita de linte,
-coltunasi cu branza de vaci,
-supa crema de legume cu crutoane,
-fructe.

Care este cantitatea ideala de proteine in organism?

Desi in trecut se considera o cantitate mai mare de proteine in organism,astazi stiinta medicala sustine ca 0,8 grame/kilocorp de proteine zilnic sunt sufiiente.Sa dam un exemplu: O persoana care cantareste 70 kg are nevoie zilnic de 56 gr proteine.Sursele principale de proteine vegetale sunt cartofii,cerealele integrale,nucile si in special soia(contine 30-33% proteine de calitate net superioara).Deasemenea,proteinele la se mai gasesc in carne,produse lactate si oua.Necesarul caloric de 10-12% trebuie sa provina din proteine.

Necesitatea proteinelor pentru organism

Proteinele sunt importante pentru organism pentru ca ajuta la formarea anticorpilor,hormonilor si enzimelor.In mare parte hemoglobina,care transporta oxigenul in organism,este de natura proteica.Deasemenea,proteinele pot fi folosite pentru un aport mai mare de energie in cazul in care glucidele sunt insuficiente.Insa,nu este recomandat un aport mare de proteine deoarece rinichii au o munca mai grea si se va pierde mult calciu din organism.

Regimul fara carne aduce beneficii organismului

Un regim in care nu lipsite carnea aduce corpului multe grasimi animale in exces care duc la boli de inima(colesterol ridicat,diabet).Datorita grasimilor saturate,peretii vaselor de sange se ingroasa,iar sangele nu mai ajunge in cantitatea necesara la celulele organismului si la inima.In lipsa fibrelor din corp,toxinele raman si produc boli grave,priveaza organismul de vitamine de vitamine.

Cum sa alegem o alimentatie corecta pentru un corp sanatos?


Toti stim ca in zilele noastre o alimentatie in care cuprinde carnea are un impact negativ asupra sanatatii noastre.Cauzele care duc la o intarzierea a alimentatiei cu carne pe care oamenii ar trebui sa o adopte sunt:
-cunostinte gresite cu privire la alimentatie si sanatate;
-lipsa cunostintelor in domeniu;
-lipsa cunostintelor cu privire la pregatirea sanatoasa a alimentelor;
-prejudecati cu privire la alimentatie.
Majoritatea bolilor grave(cancerul,diabetul,bolile de inima)se instaleaza datorita alimentatiei pe care o adoptam.
