O reteta sanatoasa din gulii-Sufle


-4 gulii mari,
-2 cartofi
-50 gr margarina,
-300 ml lapte,
-100 gr telemea,
-3 linguri pesmet,
-3 oua,
-un praf de sare.
Cartofii si guliile se curata si se fierb maxim 30 minute.Dupa ce au fiert se paseaza bine obtinand un piure,se adauga laptele,branza telemea iar la urma se adauga ouale batute si sarea.Compozitia se aseaza intr-un vas si se da la cuptor 40-45 minute.Este o mancare gustoasa si sanatoasa.
