Sarea dauneaza grav sanatatii

In timpul pregatirii sau consumarii alimentelor nu adaugati sare.Limitati alimentatia bogata in sare cu anumite alimente:alune prajite cu sare,muraturi,floricele de porumb,cartofi prajiti,stiksuri,saratele,sosuri si altele.
