Need to loose weight without exercise due to a badly sprained ankle!


 I sprained my ankle nearly two weeks ago. I've already put on about 3-4 pounds and I needed to loose a stone before I sprained my ankle!

My belly is Wobbiler than ever! And the leg I can't use is like jelly

What can I do to loose weight? I am also constipated so I think that's adding weight to me too!

I'm thinking of eating bran flakes and soup for a while to try to get things moving And cut out bread and try to stick to 1200 cals per day.
